Magatte Ndiaye

Magatte Ndiaye is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) with more than 17 years in valuation, financial analysis and audit in various sectors and geographies. She has been an Advisory Director in the valuation group at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since 2017. Her team is responsible for the valuation of private equity, infrastructure, and private debt assets. CDPQ is a global investment group managing funds for Québec public retirement and insurance plans.

Magatte began her career in auditing at PwC where she worked for six years in their Paris and Montréal office. In 2008, she joined their Valuations, Modelling and Dispute team where she participated in business valuation mandates for various purposes including tax planning, merger and acquisitions, accounting, and litigation.

Magatte is a graduate of the NEOMA Business School, based in France.
