  • PRC compares AASB’s final quarter performances against its annual plan

  • Review and provide input into status of the AASB’s annual plan, risks, and report 
  • Receive final assessment on the AASB’s past year’s performance
  • Review results of AASB Chair performance evaluation survey 
  • Approve recommendations for new member requirements
  • Receive report on recent ISC activities and provide input
  • NGC reviews AASB and Council vacancies, assesses requirements, and makes recommendations to AASOC 

July

  • Issue public recruitment calls for new members

August

  • Enjoy the summer holidays!

September

  • Review and provide input into status of the AASB’s annual plan, risks, and report
  • Approve updates to Council’s Code of Conduct*
  • Approve updates to terms of references and statement of operating procedures for the Council, the NGC, the PRC, and the AASB*
  • Receive report on recent ISC activities and provide input
  • Close public recruitment call for new members
  • NGC reviews applications

October

  • Enjoy the falling leaves!

November

  • NGC finishes recruiting and interviewing new members and recommends new members to AASOC
  • PRC reviews the AASB’s draft strategic plan*

* Occurs every three to five years

  • Review and provide input into status of the AASB’s annual plan, risks, and report

  • PRC discusses the AASB’s performance against its annual plan (first three quarters)
  • PRC reviews the AASB’s draft annual plan for following year
