Earl Davis

Earl Davis has over 30 years of capital markets experience. Currently, Earl is a Managing Director at BMO Global Asset Management, where he is the Head of Fixed Income and Money Markets. He is a member of the BMO Global Asset Management Investment Committee and is the past Executive Sponsor for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council.

Previously, Earl was a Director at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he led Developed Markets Fixed Income and Currencies. In this role, he managed over $85 billion of global fixed income assets and $100 billion in currency exposures.

Earl is currently a Governor for Humber College. He is a past member of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Pension Sector Technical Advisory Committee, where he was involved in the development of provincial pension guidance on technical issues, proposed legislation, and regulations.
