Clare Isman retired from the Government of Saskatchewan in October 2020 after a 40 year career in the public sector. Clare was the President and CEO of the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority at the time of her retirement. Prior to this, Clare served for 14 years in various Deputy Minister roles with the Government of Saskatchewan, including Deputy Minister of Finance, Deputy Minister of Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration, and Chair of the Public Service Commission. Clare has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She is an FCPA, an FCMA, and a Chartered Director.
Since retiring, Clare has joined the Johnson Shoyama School of Public Policy as an Executive in Residence.
Clare is a Past Chair of the CMA Canada National Board of Directors, a past chair of the CMA Canada-Saskatchewan Board of Directors, and a former board member of the Regina United Way and the Saskatchewan Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation.
