Johnathon Cziffra is currently an Assistant Professor at the HEC Montreal. A graduate of McGill University, Queen’s University, and the HEC Montreal, he was a visiting scholar at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. His research has been published in the prestigious Review of Accounting Studies. Additionally, he has taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in English and French.
As a practitioner, Johnathon had an accomplished external audit career working at Ernst & Young and the Office of the Auditor General of Canada. He has audited clients across multiple industries but has primarily developed an expertise auditing financial sector clients.
Originally from Winnipeg, Johnathon makes his home in Hanwell NB, with his wife and two wonderful children.
