James (Jim) Sand, CPA, CA, has over 25 years’ experience in CFO roles in public, private, and First Nations companies. He is currently the CFO of the Gwich’in Tribal Council. He has spent much of his career working on mergers and acquisitions and began with articling for PwC, formally Price Waterhouse.
Jim has held many board positions in his career and is currently on several private company boards, as well the board of his local food bank.
