Michael Jacobs is Chairman and CEO of Cambium Indigenous Professional Services (CIPS). As an Anishinaabe from Curve Lake First Nation, he is a specialized consultant who translates the needs of different stakeholders to facilitate clear communication among them.
Michael is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a seasoned board director. This includes the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) where he currently sits as the Board Co-Chair and a member of the HR / Governance Committee; Algonquin Business Interiors Inc. where he remains Chairman and President; Green Eagle Solar Inc. where he was the Chairman and General Manager; and Ohwistha Capital Corporation where he was Chairman of the Board.
Michael has a B. Comm from McMaster University. He also holds certificates in Troubled Business Management and Analysis from Deloitte, and Feasibility Studies and Business Planning from the Manitoba Institute of Management.
