Elliott Cappell is the National Climate Change Leader and Partner with PwC Canada. He is a national leader in climate resilience and has served as the Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Toronto and sat on the Canadian National Expert Panel for Natural Disaster Resilience.
Elliott has delivered over $100m of climate change projects across 20 countries. He has experience across the financial sector and real economy, with notable involvement in climate scenario analysis, decarbonization strategies, climate risk, and ESG strategy.
Elliott graduated with a BA (Honours) from McGill University and holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics.
